Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with our product, we will do our best to rectify any issues, and you may return or exchange it in accordance with the Terms & Conditions below, and we will either exchange the product or refund eligible purchases. Before you return any product for refund or exchange, we require that you contact us before sending anything back. Please e-mail customercare@lockapparel.com with your order number and proof of purchase.
RETURN & EXCHANGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Bras
With our 30-day fit guaranty, bras are eligible for exchange within 30 days of delivery. As the bras are specifically measured to accurately fit your body, and the way they are constructed, we want to make sure you give your new bra time to mold to your shape and get comfortable. If you find the fit still isn't right, message us to get a personal fit consultation before returning for the right size, and if that does not work, we will exchange the bra for one that fits your body structure. If your new bra has any manufacturer defect (our product quality personnel do their best to ensure this does not happen) then we will exchange the bra with a new one.
Lock Compression shorts/underwear
All our Lock Compression shorts/underwear bottoms are final sale and not eligible for refund or exchange. We are sure you understand that for hygienic reasons, Compression shorts/underwear cannot be accepted for return or exchange for any reason except manufacturer defects.
Base Layer garments
Base Layer garments are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. These items need to be unworn with the tags still attached to qualify for a refund or exchange. If your new Base Layer garment has any manufacturer defect (our product quality personnel do their best to ensure this does not happen) then we will exchange it with a new one.
Sale Items
Product purchased during a sale events are eligible for exchange only. The product must be exchanged during the required time frame. Products (except Compression shorts/underwear) purchased using a discount promo code are eligible for return or exchange, as described above.
Other
The following products/fees are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Accessories (regardless of packaging being sealed/unsealed)
- Free gifts or promotional items with retail value
- Original shipping fees
- Gift cards
- Items purchased from a third-party seller
Products You Did not Order
Kindly e-mail customercare@lockapparel.com service if you receive any product or extra product in a shipment, or product that was delivered to you that you didn’t order. In your email, kindly tell us, and we will arrange to retrieve them:
- The incorrect merchandise, un worn and with all tags attached
- Your name
- Your mailing address
- The order number on the shipping label
