CROSSFIT
I recently got the opportunity try, “The Lady Lock” from Lock Apparel. As an athlete I have tried many compression pieces yet they do not live up to the compression of “The Lock”. A garment that is just tight is not comfortable and does not do the job. “The Lady Lock” gives compression in all the right places, plus it is super comfortable! You are not going to want to take it off! As a crossfitter squatting with “The Lock” has really made a difference. I focus more on stabilizing my core because of the fit and compression around the mid-line. I feel more secure and stronger which makes so much of a difference. I do not squat without it.
