I tried the Lock underneath my uniform and it definitely made a difference in the field , but more importantly at bat. Having a stable core when going after pitches is completely fundamental. Although it hasn’t improved my eye at the plate, my swings are more consistent and my average is up 30 points. The shirts are fantastic, They keep more cool in the heat and warm in the cold without any chill or stick, and they don’t stink. Both products 5 stars.
